Phonics is a new online platform that provides free phonics resources, activities and games for parents, educators and children. Through its phonics reading program, users can learn how to read for free, including 9 sound cards (with images and audio) for each phoneme, 133 downloadable and printable practice worksheets (over 300 pages), 43 e-books, and 14 printable literacy games. The program also provides free workbooks and answers, as well as teaching notes and worksheets for interactive phonics games and e-books. Phonics is the foundation of learning to read English and involves the relationship between sounds (phonemes) and spellings (graphemes). Through phonics learning, children can improve pronunciation, spelling, literacy, comprehension and vocabulary.

Phonics is a free online reading program for children in kindergarten and above that combines words, sounds, images, exercises, and games. The program is aligned with the Common Core K - 5 Reading Standards Foundational Skills, and its first batch of free resources covers the 42 phonemes that make up the English language, which are essential for reading fluency, and are taught in the order of the Common Core.
