12309 Procuratorial Service Center is a unified and intelligent online platform for procuratorial services for the people, which provides more convenient and efficient "one-stop" procuratorial services to the society through four channels: 12309 website, 12309 procuratorial service hotline (phone), 12309 mobile client (mobile APP) and 12309 WeChat official account.
The 12309 Prosecution Service Center mainly includes three modules and 13 specific functions, namely: prosecution services (including: prosecution, criminal appeal, civil and administrative appeal, national compensation, other letters and visits, legal consultation), case information disclosure (including: case procedural information inquiry, online appointment for defense and agency, important case information, legal document disclosure), and accepting supervision (including: National People's Congress and Political Consultative Conference member liaison platform, people's supervisor supervision service, and public opinion suggestion box).
