Spatulatta - Cooking for Children

Spatulatta Cookbook is the book companion of James Beard's award-winning Spatulatta.com webcast, including Gerasol's sisters Isabella (11 years old) and Olivia (9 years old). The Spatulatta Cookbook contains over 50 interesting recipes arranged by season, including easy to follow step-by-step instructions and photos; Vegetarians and Snack Food Zone; Basic cooking techniques; Add information on weight and measurement.

Accessible and child friendly healthy recipes include basic "Mom's Star Toast" and "Dad's Garlic Sauce," as well as more complex ethnic dishes such as "Yumbo Gumbo," "Tass Kebab," and "My Big Fat Italian Dinner Seasonal and special occasion products include "Spring Rabbit Salad," "Harvest Soup," and "Make My Lover Chicken Stir Fry.

Isabella and Olivia Gerasole won medals for their live streaming on Spatulatta. com (www.spatulatta. com), becoming the youngest recipients in the 16 year history of the James Beard Foundation Awards. They appeared on "Today's Show," "Viewpoints," "Jay Leno Tonight Show," and many other national media outlets.
