Tiago Paiva, Talkdesk’s founder and CEO, who was living in Portugal at the time, designed a prototype of a cloud solution that was easy to deploy, integrate, and operate. He entered a hackathon, won, received some seed funding, moved to the United States, and Talkdesk was born. We have been a global company since day one.
