Tencent Guardian

The "Guardian Plan" is a public welfare platform launched by Tencent in 2016 to combat telecommunications fraud and fulfill its corporate social responsibility.

With the core concept of "guarding family", the aim is to enable everyone, starting from their loved ones around the guardian, to jointly safeguard stable happiness. The platform relies on Tencent's advantages in secure big data, underlying technology, and massive user base to jointly build a new network security governance model with the government, industry, and the public. In the face of the increasingly rampant cybercrime, the "Guardian Plan" began a comprehensive upgrade in 2017, collaborating with various social forces to provide comprehensive cybersecurity protection for the public and reduce the risk of being harmed by cybercrime.
