Beijing Modian Huixiang Technology Co., Ltd. (Modian) is a platform dedicated to cultural and creative crowdfunding. Speak up for creators, founded in Beijing in June 2014.

The founder of the team, Huang Shengli, graduated from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. As the Managing Director of Huaxing Capital, he helped many Internet enterprises successfully obtain private financing, including Jingdong, Momo, Didi Taxi, Meilishuo and other well-known enterprises.
