University of History Hong Kong School of Government Senior Industrial (1937) The Hong Kong School of Public High School is established. The school building is located in Wan Chai Living Road. It is the earliest predecessor of the school. It is also the first college funded by the government to provide specialized in engineering education. Hong Kong Industrial College (1947) After the Second World War, it was renamed the Hong Kong Industrial College.In 1957, the school building was completed and launched a new page of the history of Hong Kong's industrial education. Hong Kong Institute of Technology (1972) The Hong Kong Institute of Technology was formally established, and its mission was to start professional courses to meet the needs of society for professionals. Hong Kong Polytechnic University (November 25, 1994) The college was awarded the qualifications of self -evaluation by the college and the Science and Technology Education Funding Committee, officially obtained the university status, and it was named Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Today Li Da Although Li Da has a long history of 80 years, we have been marrying with the times, committed to dealing with real life problems, and benefiting Hong Kong, the country and the world.

In the mechanism of memory formation in contemporary film history, providing the world with a multi-faceted sample of Chinese youth films. As a platform for communication between film art and the industry, FIRST selects and encourages high-quality films presented each year, returning to the spirit of cinema and providing the industry with a diverse sample of Chinese youth films. FIRST intervenes in the ecological cycle of the film industry and carves the memory of contemporary film history. FIRST, with its mission in the film industry and responsibility for public cultural undertakings, promotes the integration of film art into the film industry, reserves talents and film projects with growth potential for the industry, and promotes the circulation of the film ecological environment. It not only provides the industry with the annual development trend of film creation, but also provides key energy for the metabolism of the film industry. After adding feature films to the main competition unit in 2012, after 6 years of systematic development, the selection covers over 53 countries/regions. The 15th FIRST Youth Film Exhibition in 2021 received a total of 941 film registration records. The judging panel of top Asian filmmakers tests the rigor and fairness of the FIRST evaluation system. Since 2012, the festival has been chaired by Xu Feng, Ann Hui, Xie Fei, Jiang Wen, Wong Kar wai, Lou Ye, Chen Guofu, Diao Yinan, Chen Kexin, and Zhang Aijia. Previous ambassadors: Xu Zheng, Qin Hailu, Deng Chao, Huang Bo, Chen Kun, Zhou Xun, Zhao Wei. Previous No. 1 figures: Hu Ge, Zhu Yawen, Wang Chuanjun, Zhou Dongyu, Hai Qing, Li Fei, Huang Bo, Huang Xuan, Jing Boran, Wen Muye, Yiyang Qianxi, Huang Xiaoming, Yao Chen, Lei Jiayin, Xin Yukun. Previous amazing debut promoters: Chun Xia, Dong Zijian, Liu Haoran, Peng Yuchang, Wen Qi. Over the past fifteen years, hundreds of emerging film talents have received respect and recognition in the field of film art at the FIRST Film Festival. They include a group of young filmmakers who have attracted attention from the industry, including Fan Lixin, Ma Li, Hao Jie, Wen Muye, Xin Yukun, Li Fei, Wang Yichun, Degena, Ma Kai, Zhang Tao, Zhang Dalei, Cai Chengjie, Zhou Ziyang, Zhan Jinglin, Qiu Sheng, Lu Qingyi, Zhou Zhou Zhou, Gu Xiaogang, Xu Lei, Chai Xiaoyu, Wang Xiaozhen, Xiao Yifan, and others.
