FourDesire | Creating Fun, Launching Up

We believe that 'fun' can make people's lives better, and Fourdesse is the starting point for everything to transform from 'boring' to 'interesting'. Fourdesine is a digital design company that attempts to combine "fun," "design," and "technology," focusing on the development and design of mobile apps. However, we believe that the human nature of "play" can help us solve more real-life problems.

Fourdesire

In the summer of 2012, Fourdesine opened and a few good friends gathered together to propose a theory of fun, hoping to use it to solve various problems encountered in life. The small studio is only 6 ping in size, and a few people hide inside enthusiastically discussing various ways to create fun and solve problems.

In early 2013, Fourdesine launched its first experimental product, "Plant Nanny," a plant nanny that attempted to help players develop the habit of drinking water regularly through plant cultivation games. By March 2014, "Plant Nanny" had over 2 million downloads worldwide, and we successfully planted this cute little plant on the phones of 2 million people, planting a healthy habit in their hearts.

Playing has always been a great way of learning, and the little tiger learns how to catch prey while playing with the mother tiger. Fourdeire's dream is to learn new skills, develop habits, or solve real-life problems through "play" and "games". We believe that games and entertainment can help life gain more happiness, making games not just games, but a brand new life experience.

After a small successful battle, we learned some experience and became even more cautious. With more partners joining, our creative process has become more rigorous and professional. At the same time, we were also more willing to try different new themes. In the following year, we tried different types of projects, but most of them ended in failure.

After a year and a half of setbacks and creativity, in the summer of 2014, we launched a new mobile game called "Walker - Galaxy Adventure in Pocket", which made walking in daily life interesting. By storing energy during walking, we filled the spaceship in our phone with energy and embarked on a galaxy adventure in our pocket. In the same year, Fourdesire was awarded the Best of 2014 Game Maker by Apple. Our works have given us more users and a higher mission, allowing us to continue moving forward.

In 2015, we moved! Accompanied by more partners, they arrived at a larger studio. While continuously polishing Walker to make it more dazzling, we have also initiated more projects. We are still stumbling and learning from mistakes, with many failed projects, but we have gained more experience. The summer release of "Fleet and Legend" in 2016 once again brought "Walker" to the dazzling stage. And a brand new product is silently brewing and waiting for an opportunity.

In 2017, 'Bookkeeping City' has arrived! This time we want to make boring bookkeeping more interesting. Within a week, hundreds of thousands of supporters flooded in, giving all our efforts a deeper meaning! Two years have passed, and we have continuously learned from our failures. Our partners have become more trusting and our creations have become braver, but we have become more humble. In the days to come, we believe that we can uphold the spirit we have walked all the way and create more joy in life.

Beyond gaming

The games we create are not just games. In addition to entertainment, the games we create also cater to various aspects of life: health and weight loss, care and attention, psychological issues, and financial management. We hope to deepen the tentacles of the game into different levels. All of these ideas give the word 'game' a higher level of meaning. We are a group of wizards who can make mundane things in life interesting, living in a tower full of laughter.

Beyond Design

We don't just make games, besides games, our tentacles also delve into different design fields, including interface design, interaction design, user experience design, and so on. We excel at breaking down different game elements and integrating them into various design issues, allowing us to help people improve their lives in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Beyond oneself

We have 100% ability and authority to master the topics, media, and production methods we want to create for ourselves. We create original characters, art, and game mechanics, which gives us more freedom to decide the direction we want to develop. We always create only for ourselves, and the products published by Fourdesine represent the soul and personality of each of us. We also cherish the freedom of originality, which gives us 100% control over the direction of our product development.
