Fix8's founder and chief fermenter.
A woman with a mission: carefully produce and produce the best intestinal health drinks in the British market.
During college, she had a strong interest in Conopa tea, and then she quickly gave up the occupation in the city and transformed her parents into a London apartment into a Cumpa tea micro brewing plant.
During the one -year study in Shanghai, Freya's Chinese medicine practitioner introduced her to Kangpu Tea, saying that this kind of drink has the health effect of "long -lived tea".She fell in love with this kind of drink as soon as she drank, and since then she has a strong interest in Kangpu tea.
In 2014, it was difficult for her to find any high -quality Kangpu tea in her hometown store.After reading the fermented books, researching intestinal health, and self -made Conopa tea under the university desk, some friends suggested that she start to sell Conopa tea from others.
The rest, as they said, are history.
As part of the study, Freya has traveled to the manufacturer of Conopa tea all over the world: from Bali to Berlin, from Portland to Hawaii.
Before the FIX8 was founded in 2018, she also worked at one of the most forward -looking fermentation centers in the world of Berkeley, California, and continued to teach Konpa Tea Seminar at all over the UK.
