The school currently has 1,572 faculty and staff, including 1,027 full-time teachers, 504 professors and associate professors, 868 teachers with master's degrees, and 386 "double-qualified" teachers. Focusing on the central task of "cultivating applied talents", we continue to promote the "five major projects" of faculty team construction, namely the teacher ethics and style construction project, the young teacher training project, the teacher team doctoral project, the academic leader and backbone talent training project, and the high-level talent internationalization project. Implement the "3T" (three three-year promotion of doctoral degree) plan for teachers. The school selects middle-level cadres, backbone teachers and young and middle-aged teachers in a planned and hierarchical manner to carry out cooperative research in domestic and foreign universities and research institutes.
