At present, Hanergy's copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) modules have been certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Germany, with a maximum conversion rate of 22.9%. Gallium arsenide (GaAs) modules have once again broken the world record with a single junction cell conversion efficiency of 29.1%. Thin film power generation technology has advantages such as flexibility and bendability, light weight, good low light resistance, adjustable color, and plastic shape. It can be widely used in green technology buildings for power generation, household power generation, agricultural applications, automotive applications, electronic products, general products, special products, and commercial unmanned aerial vehicles.
