Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1958. It is one of the earliest higher Chinese medicine colleges in the country. Its predecessor was the Henan Provincial School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuing Education founded in Kaifeng in 1955. The school is located in the provincial capital Zhengzhou. It currently has four campuses, namely Longzihu Campus, Dongming Road Campus, Renmin Road Campus, and Dongfeng Road Campus, covering an area of ​​1,594.94 acres.
