Sichuan University Jinjiang College is a general undergraduate college jointly established by Sichuan University and Sichuan Xufeng Industrial Co., Ltd. in April 2006 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Meishan City, Sichuan Province. The campus covers an area of ​​1,000 acres. It currently has 14 secondary colleges, 53 undergraduate majors, and 18 junior college majors, covering six major disciplines of liberal arts, science, engineering, economics, management, and art. It recruits students from all over the country. There are more than 21,500 students and more than 1,000 teachers.

More than 100 well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, including Zhang Xixiang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Li Zhaoxing, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zhou Wenzhong, former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Long Yongtu, China's chief negotiator for joining the WTO, Qian Chengdan, a famous historian, Chen Lai, a famous philosopher, Professor Ian Poole, an outstanding academician of the Royal Academy of Sciences of New Zealand, and Professor Max Doman, a science and technology adviser to the German President, have successively visited the "Jinjiang Lecture Hall".

The school vigorously carries out student innovation and entrepreneurship education. In the past three years, it has won more than 300 projects in the National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. Our college student innovation and entrepreneurship club has been rated as "the first provincial college student innovation and entrepreneurship club in Sichuan Province". The employment destination implementation rate of graduates remains above 93%, and the satisfaction rate of employers is 98%.
