Civil Aviation University of China

Civil Aviation University of China is now affiliated to the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, the university has undertaken 2,691 provincial and ministerial-level vertical projects with a total funding of more than 1.4 billion yuan; it has won 131 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards, including 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, 4 outstanding scientific research achievements of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education, 1 Ho Leung Ho Lee Award, 1 Tianjin Science and Technology Major Achievement Award, 1 Tianjin International Science and Technology Cooperation Award, 3 special prizes and 22 first prizes of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress, and 1 first prize of Tianjin Natural Science. In 2016, the university was approved as the "Innovative Talent Training Demonstration Base" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The university hospital of the university has 13 national key clinical specialties and 16 Tianjin key clinical specialties. 4 university hospitals have been approved as 10 national clinical medical research centers (Tianjin branch), among which the cancer hospital is the first batch of national clinical medical research centers for malignant tumors; the general hospital, cancer hospital, second hospital, eye hospital, and mental health center have been approved as 11 Tianjin clinical medical research centers.
