Get Well

At the age of 28, Michael O'Neill underwent aggressive surgery and chemotherapy for non Hodgkin lymphoma. Although his clinical treatment is very good, he often feels that his care is for him rather than for him. Michael spent a lot of time waiting and thinking, and this state inspired his desire to change the status quo. After rehabilitation, his mission is to help people establish closer connections with their care.

Today, this mission is our mission at Get Well.

Our team

We are led by a group of industry experts who bring years of knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry.

Our leadership team is committed to providing healthcare organizations with the patient engagement solutions, tools, and resources they need. By helping to expand access and participation in the communities they serve, we can work together to improve individual, population, and health equity outcomes.

Translating patient engagement theory into practice

The O'Neil Patient Engagement Research Center is the industry's first think tank dedicated to researching and promoting patient and family engagement in science. It focuses on providing information for more effective healthcare management.

Whether it means using empirical evidence to demonstrate outcomes related to patient engagement or developing evidence-based tools and processes to help healthcare organizations develop on the ground strategies and change management, the O'Neill Center collaborates with Get Well's clients to connect the art and science of patient engagement.
