Jilin Police College

Jilin Police College is a provincial full-time public security undergraduate college. Its predecessor was the Jilin Provincial Public Security Cadre School founded in 1949. It has gone through the development stages of Jilin Provincial Public Security School, Jilin Provincial Administrative Cadre School, Jilin Provincial Political and Legal Cadre School, Jilin Provincial People's Police School and Jilin Public Security College. In March 2010, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In 2018, it successfully passed the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation of the Ministry of Education.

The college has Jingyue Campus and Leshan Campus, covering an area of ​​420,300 square meters and a building area of ​​168,500 square meters. The total value of teaching and scientific research equipment is 89.58 million yuan. The library has a collection of 826,000 paper books and 618,000 electronic books.
