Hainan University

Hainan University is a comprehensive key university established in August 2007 by merging the former South China University of Tropical Agriculture and the former Hainan University. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Hainan Provincial People's Government. The school adheres to the school motto of "embracing all rivers and pursuing great aspirations" and promotes the school spirit of "self-reliance, dedication, virtue and perseverance". In 2017, it cooperated with Arizona State University in the United States to establish the "Hainan University Arizona State University Joint International Tourism College", which is the only Sino-foreign cooperative school in the country in the field of tourism. Kashgar University

Among the full-time teachers, 631 have a master's degree or above, accounting for 78.48% of the full-time teachers, including 156 doctors; 313 teachers with associate senior titles or above, accounting for 38.93% of the full-time teachers. The school currently has 23,054 students. It has two campuses, Gaotai and Xinquan, covering an area of 1.6607 million square meters, with advanced teaching facilities and equipment and a comfortable teaching environment. The library has a total area of 53,000 square meters, with a collection of 1.38 million books and 700,000 electronic books.
